Course Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Fasting known as \u2018Upavasa\u2019 in Sanskrit is a powerful and useful treatment modality used in Ayurveda and it has been a part of human culture and religious traditions for thousands of years. Recently this has gained attraction of the researchers for its potential benefits.<\/p>\n

Practicing fasting in inappropriately or in excess may lead to side effects and may have potential risks.<\/p>\n

This CME Course will equip the GPs to prescribe Fasting or to provide advice to the patients seeking advice on fasting.<\/p>\n
