A compassionate nurse is a healthcare professional who not only possesses the necessary medical knowledge and skills but also demonstrates a deep sense of empathy and care towards their patients. You may have learned the theories of a compassionate nurse in the nursing school but this may be difficult to practice due to various reasons such as workload, work-stress and personal back grounds.<\/p>\n
