AYURVEDA

Dr Palitha Serasinghe, PhD

An experienced Ayurvedic Physician who has conducted retreats for over 30 years. The Ayurvedic treatments will be designed to produce optimal results focusing on specific needs for each individual, their body constitution and pre-existing ailments.

YOGA

Morning Toga sessions by an experienced Yoga instructor is optional for you to join.

Yoga groups coming with Yoga teachers may have compulsory yoga sessions.

Our consultant Ayurveda Physician will conduct evening Health & Spiritual discussions (Satsang) and Meditations sessions.
